Welcome to Durham Academies Academic Web Sites. We continue the process of creating more effective communication by training teachers to how to build and maintain web sites. The time it takes to maintain a site can be large but many of our teachers have dedicated themselves to this purpose. While more teachers have web sites than two years ago, not all teachers have a web site at present! We have begun to use the DAILE Moodle to create an interactive learning environment. These are more then just web sites but are courses that teachers use to support their classes. You must be a student enrolled in the course to see the information. The links below will move you between the various divisions, technology and libraries where you will find a wide variety of online resources available for students. You can also use the image next to the DA logo as it is a hotlink. You can move between the various web sites without returning to this page
We have subscribed to Parents and students who use computers not on campus will need to email Karl Schaefer for the user name and password for access. The resources are QuickTime movies that will allow you to master the software you need to know or extend your use of software you think you already know well! Intranet Based Resources Available only to staff and faculty!
Many of the sites will feature Portable Document Files (pdf) which use Adobe Acrobat's free Reader. You will need to make sure your machine has it by using this link. Most new computers come with it already loaded so you probably already have it on your computer. Site last updated: |
